If Purchased at Primecartusas.com:

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date if you are not completely satisfied with your products. Holiday orders placed between November 1st and December 31st will have until January 31st to start their return.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Apparel items, such as clothing and hats, must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags still attached. They must be in the original condition in which you received them to qualify for a return or exchange.

Once your return is processed by our team, you will receive an email confirmation of your refund or exchange order.

  • If Exchanging: You may shop on our website with your return value credit. If the new item is less expensive than the original, we will refund you the difference. If the new item is more expensive, you will be prompted to pay the additional amount.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method and can take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping Charges: 1- and 2-day shipping charges are non-refundable unless the delay is caused by the carrier.
  • Non-OOFOS Products: We are not responsible for any non-Primecartusas merchandise returned to our facility.
  • Return Procedure: Returns cannot be mailed to our warehouse without prior approval through the return process outlined below. We are not responsible for any shipping charges or lost items resulting from customers not following the return instructions properly.

How to Start Your Return or Exchange:

To start your return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Visit primecartusas.com/return and enter your order number (7 digits) and the email or phone number used for the purchase.
  2. Select the items you’d like to return or exchange.
  3. Choose between a refund or exchange.
  4. Select a return method:
    • Box and Ship It: Generate a prepaid return shipping label and packing slip to send your item back via mail.
    • Drop Off at a Return Location: If available, return your item at a partnered location for a quick, in-person drop-off.
  5. Review your information, agree to the return terms, and submit your request.
  6. After approval, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.

Return Policy for Apparel Items:
To be eligible for a return, apparel must be unworn and unwashed, with the hang tags still attached. It must be in the original condition that you received it.

If Purchased In-Store or Through an Authorized Online Retailer:

Products purchased from stores or other online retailers must be returned to the location where they were purchased. If you’re unable to do so, we will evaluate exchange options for a similar item of equal value, based on proof of purchase.

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party marketplaces, such as eBay or PoshMark.
